🚒 Florian – a former fire engine turned extraordinary adventure camper

Florian is anything but ordinary. This former fire engine has been converted into a unique 1990 VW LT 40 4x4 camper. Bold, characterful and instantly recognisable, it is made for travellers who prefer unusual vehicles and adventures beyond the standard campsite.

The camper sleeps up to four guests in two spacious double beds. One king-size sleeping area is located in the pop-up roof, while the second is positioned at the rear of the vehicle.

Florian does not have a traditional indoor bathroom or wet room. Instead, it comes with a practical outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen – ideal for travellers who enjoy spending most of their time outside and want a simple, independent camping experience.

A mobile solar system and portable Jackery power station provide off-grid electricity. With four-wheel drive and locking differentials on both axles, Florian is well equipped for unpaved roads, remote campsites and more adventurous journeys.

This is not a modern luxury motorhome. Florian is a rugged classic with genuine fire-engine history, plenty of personality and a very special atmosphere.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted inside or around the camper.

The rental includes 300 kilometres per day. Additional kilometres are charged at €0.40 each. With a maximum authorised weight of 3,500 kg, Florian can be driven with a standard category B driving licence.
